Coworkers are incredible and the work life balance used to be really healthy. Pay is competitive and the 401k match plus car benefits are nice perks, especially at higher levels. But flexibility is gone now. If you want to grow and you’re not in the field, living in southeast Michigan is basically required. The performance system also feels rigid and unforgiving.
