Work life balance has honestly been pretty good for me, no constant pressure and reasonable expectations. But the health insurance is rough. It’s expensive for what you get and dealing with HR when something goes wrong is a headache. Every time I had a question it felt like I was being passed around instead of helped. For a company this size, benefits support should be way better.
