16 years @JPMC, worked across multiple LOBs, and never really questioned the company's culture or integrity until I landed in my current department 2 years ago. Holy sh^t, what a difference. Passive-aggressive BS everywhere, constant politics, zero accountability, and management treating the place like a Wendy's instead of a financial giant. Feels like a boxing match on some days. How some of these people ended up in leadership is beyond me... I still think JPM Chase overall is good company to work for... but this dpt is a complete dumpster fire. Amazing how a handful of terrible leaders can make an otherwise decent company feel toxic.
