How Do You Quit a Chase Job That Apparently Forgot You Exist?

I’ve been on short-term disability for five months now, and I plan to officially resign when my benefits end next month. The only problem is, I have absolutely no idea how I’m supposed to go about doing that. At this point, my only communication with Chase is through Sedgwick, and apparently responding to emails is optional for them. My manager was brand new when I went on leave and, to put it politely, wasn’t exactly a shining example of competence, so reaching out to her seems like a complete waste of time. I no longer have access to my internal email, and I still have my keys, although I’m honestly not convinced anyone even remembers I have them. So what exactly is the proper resignation procedure when your employer has seemingly forgotten you exist? Do I just walk in, toss my keys on the desk, announce “I quit,” and call it a day? Because at this point, that seems like the most efficient communication Chase has to offer.
