last week in calcutta, i found out about the 24 days annual leave. it's nice to have that flexibility. also, the sick leave is great, 180 days with a doctor's note. it really makes a difference knowing i can take care of myself when needed. talking to a manager in birmingham made me realize how decent the health benefits really are.
