ignore the criticism, just keep pushing forward

In a recent meeting, a manager dismissed the team's concerns about missing deadlines. "We just need to focus and push through this," they said, as if ignoring us would somehow make everything better. This was at the San Francisco office last week. We had been riasing alarms about resource shortages for months, but that feedback only led to more vague plans and schedules. The strategy was to keep shuffling workloads around like we were just tools. It felt like our actual input didn't matter at all. i had to keep my head down and carry on, knowing our voices were only met with blank stares. It's hard to stay motivated when the leadership acts like this, treating us like robots. It's clear we have no real influence here.
