IJP for promotion feels like the real advice. I am posting because the waiting on current manager made the IJP advice feel less like a one-off and more like the normal Citi path. The frustrating part is the concrete work is visible, but the answer still lands on promotion route through posting. The second piece I would watch is waiting on current manager; once that gets written down, the conversation around promotion route through posting is harder to blur.
