It’s ironic that SoFi preaches inclusivity while some perks, like breakfast/lunch events, are reserved exclusively for executives. Meanwhile, regular employees are left out. Teamwork suffers when management creates divisions instead of fostering a truly inclusive culture. You can have great colleagues, but if leadership doesn’t model inclusive teamwork, it’s all talk.
