I found out on a Tuesday shift that I was supposed to cover a shift on Thursday, but it wasn't updated in the system. The schedule just popped up with me in for NONE without any heads-up. I only noticed because a teammate mentioned it while we were cleaning rooms. Had to scramble to figure out my availability for that day. It just feels frustrating having to constantly check the schedule. No consistency at all.
