Is the Redmond three-day thing actually real now or still manager-dependent? One manager told us workshop weeks count if we are in the office two long days. Another said workshop weeks do not count because the badge target is weekly. I’m not trying to game it; I just don’t want a surprise spreadsheet conversation in May.
