I’ve been at SoFi for a while, and honestly, it’s a weird mix. On one hand, you get good healthcare benefits, lunch cards, PTO, and all that jazz. On the other hand… the management is a mess. Promotions feel impossible, work-life balance is a joke, and it feels like some managers only care about themselves. You bust your a^s doing OT, and the managers won’t even lift a finger. It’s exhausting trying to care about the company when the culture basically ignores you. Am I the only one who’s noticing this, or is it just me being bitter?
