SoFi talks a big game about innovation and inclusivity, but the culture often feels fake. Upper management doesn’t really communicate, HR is dead, and you’re constantly walking on eggshells just to survive in your team. Misleading info, finger-pointing, and micro-management are everywhere. It’s a shame because the company could be amazing with the right leadership. Instead, we get a shiny exterior and a rotten core.
