Careful if u consider joining CW... Some teams are apparently close to normal hours while others feel 24/7... There are also repeated complaints about micromanagement, favoritism, inexperienced middle mgrs, org chaos and teams operating very differently from each other. This is, at least partialy a true hypergrowth problem. There specific orgs where the management issues are noticeably worse. Plus the company changed after IPO some things for the worse.
