I’ve been doing senior-level work for two years but still no promotion.

My responsibilities have doubled, I'm training new hires, and I’m leading projects. But my title and pay haven't changed at all. Every time I ask about promotion timelines, I get vague answers like 'we’re still evaluating structure.'
