Does anyone know if the 2026 annual performance ratings have been finalized, or can managers still make changes? I've heard that ratings have already gone through calibration and compensation decisions are being finalized this week. Is that accurate? Can ratings still be adjusted upward, or are changes at this point only possible in exceptional circumstances? Interested in hearing from managers or anyone familiar with the process, particularly in the US tech organization.
