There’s barely any micromanagement which is nice, sometimes there’s not even enough work honestly. But the recent layoffs made zero sense. High performers gone, low performers staying. It really felt random or salary based. Execs clearly don’t understand what engineers actually do. Hard to trust leadership after seeing that.
