LBG is making decisions about teams they have no idea about

In a meeting yesterday in Brighton, England, a manager outlined cuts that would affect our entire team. It felt completely out of touch, especially since we're in the middle of critical projects. Several of us exchanged glances, knowing how much work we've put in, and it hit hard to hear our roles might vanish without warning. I can't shake the feeling that these decisions are coming from a place of limited understanding about what we actually do. It's bizarre to think that whole teams could be wiped without anyone really knowing the impact we have on the bigger picture.
