Infy got kicked out from the PERM program today, it was nicely timed to coincide with the elections. I am sure it'll give republicans some votes. This is making all the cos (Infosys, TATA, Microsoft, Wipro etc.) who are on the banned list a lot of headache as some companies that are playing in this space did not get the ban (Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, etc.) - so, now all talent that wants visas will go there. This is pretty bad...
