LONG DAYS, short staffing, same expectations

Working second shift at Coca Cola can be a mixed bag. There is appreciation for the opportunity and the paycheck, especially when you are providing for a family, but the hours can get brutal fast. Long second shift days with very little backup make everything feel heavier than it needs to be. When turnover is high and the management structure feels thin, the workload just keeps stacking. A third shift or even properly staffed 12 hour rotations could relieve a lot of pressure, but instead it feels like people just push through until they burn out.
