This was one of the best work cultures I’ve experienced. Medical leave policies were supportive and didn’t make you feel guilty for using them. The work itself was innovative and cross skilling was encouraged. Management wasn’t perfect, but honestly nothing major to complain about. Benefits were one of the stronger points here.
