I genuinely felt lucky getting the chance to work at a multinational like Coca-Cola. The structure, incentives, and overall sense of stability made it feel like a solid career move. Job security was a big plus and I didn’t spend time worrying about layoffs. That said, I do think promotions could be more regular and tied more clearly to performance instead of tenure.
