Citi's management practices are a joke and they drag morale down. I saw it firsthand when I was working late while others strolled in after long breaks. It's absurd that in one building, people in Asia could take three hours for the gym, while we had deadlines hanging over our heads. The inconsistency is a slap in the face and it ruins any sense of teamwork. Loyalty means nothing when management can't even keep things fair across teams.
