I expected more professionalism from leadership. Some managers were straight up disrespectful, not just to hourly staff but even store managers. If you weren’t part of their little group, good luck. Feedback felt biased and hiring decisions seemed rushed without looking at the full picture. It didn’t feel like a team at all.
