This one still annoys me. Coca Cola talks nonstop about communication, 1 on 1s, and being a family. In reality, I went months without a single real check-in. Training was basically videos and then being thrown into the field with people who weren’t trainers. When issues came up, management either ignored messages or responded with passive aggressive comments later. Leadership needs to actually show up, not just send emails.
