A team lead keeps asking for alignment instead of resolving conflicting direction between quality and production. I am not asking for a miracle, just some signal on quality versus production instead of everyone acting like alignment loop is self-explanatory. Has anyone found a way to get an actual answer without turning it into a whole escalation?
