manager is nice but won't push back — after a manager sympathized about weekend release work but would not challenge the release calendar or overtime expectations. I keep getting told the weekend release is normal here, but the actual mess is manager won't push colliding with release calendar. Has anyone seen a clean answer on overtime, or is everyone just guessing around it?
