I was in the break room last week, and a few colleagues were talking about how salaries are low and not competitive. One mentioned they had heard there are top-level competitive salaries in Japan, but it doesn't feel like that for us in Weybridge, England. It's frustrating to see the disconnect while we put in the hours.
