I’m posting because the meets rating thing finally got weird enough to ask about. The official answer was basically 'vacant teammate reporting', but the actual work still lands on the people already carrying analyst workload. Has anyone seen a real path through this, or is this just how review wording gets stalled? Even a two-line note about vacant teammate reporting would make this less of a guessing game around meets rating.
