Got my review back and it says meets expectations, which would be fine if I had just been doing my actual studio operator slot. Since August I’ve been covering the noon show twice a week and the late wrap whenever someone called out, and my manager literally wrote that the control room stayed stable because I jumped in. Then the rating landed like I was doing the normal version of the job. I’m not asking for a statue, but if filling two live blocks during football season is baseline, I need to know that before I keep saying yes.
