Mentorship died when workloads exploded

This company used to care deeply about values and mentorship. Somewhere along the way, workload took priority over people. Supervisors stopped coaching and started surviving. Mentorship became lip service while employees were expected to sacrifice family time and personal boundaries. A few leaders still embody the old values, but they’re exceptions now.
