So it made me realize I’m more stressed than I thought. the coworkers situation feels unclear from where I sit. My coworkers are solid, but uncertainty makes everyone a little jumpy. Has anyone found a good way to bring up coworkers in a 1:1 without it turning into a defensive conversation.
