Tbh over the last month, it became a bigger topic than I expected. the tuition help topic came up in two different conversations. My coworkers are solid, but uncertainty makes everyone a little jumpy. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. I’m not trying to start drama; I just want a clear plan and fewer surprises. Has anyone had luck asking “what should I stop doing” when tuition help creates new work?
