Has anyone here actually moved up without being comfortable in Chinese? I’m in the Singapore cloud group and the feedback after our January architecture review was basically that my project work was strong, but the senior discussions happen in Chinese and I’m missing the real room. I don’t mind learning more. I’m just trying to figure out whether this is a skill gap I can close or a ceiling nobody wants to say out loud.
