Annoyed moment during standup, inside the parking lot and Im working on Atlas Cactus; after a promotion packet review started a whole new worry about level. My calendar is full of alignment blocks and somehow none of them answer basic questions. I’ve already started to request stretch scope, even if it ends up being unnecessary. If you’ve been through this before, what did you wish you did earlier? Anyway What counts as scope here?
