Nervous story after the shift outside the shared channel, I was following the QBR and it made me think about scope. My calendar is full of alignment' blocks and somehow none of them answer basic questions. I’m also thinking about internal mobility, but I don’t want to bail on my team. I’ve already started to re-map stakeholders, even if it ends up being unnecessary. Any practical steps besides doom-scrolling and refreshing the org chart? Anyway, Is this normal for other functions too?
