nice people, no junior pipeline

Coworkers are awesome, leadership can be inspiring, PTO is respected, and it’s parent friendly. But everything is so top heavy. Hardly any junior hiring, everyone is trying to get promoted at the same time. It turns into quiet competition real fast.
