no 401k match but they keep dangling the promise

SoFi keeps saying the 401k match is coming soon but it’s been coming soon forever. Yeah the medical, dental, vision, parental leave, lunch cards all that is solid. Still feels weird to hear a finance company say trust us, retirement later.
