The benefits at Nvidia don't stack up against what I've seen at other software companies. In my nine years here, I've noticed that other than parental leave, the perks just aren't that appealing, especially in Santa Clara where it feels like everyone is getting more elsewhere. That said, I can see how some teams might feel differently based on their unique needs. It's also worth mentioning that Nvidia recently settled a lawsuit over some AI software, which might shift focus back to employee satisfaction in the long run.
