I spent years at CCBCC and it started off amazing. Vacation time, holidays, 401k, all solid. But over time the workload increased nonstop. Family time disappeared. Vacations weren’t really vacations. Leadership preached values but didnt live them. It was emotionally draining and honestly heartbreaking to watch the culture shift.
