Health benefits go beyond the basics, with extra wellness tools and even on site nurse support. Employee appreciation events happen often and don’t feel totally fake. It’s not perfect, approvals can be slow and the company culture leans heavily Christian which may not be for everyone, but overall the benefits and growth opportunities are strong.
