A manager casually mentioned the bonuses last week while we were wrapping up a late shift in Bristol. It hit me how little they really are compared to the long hours we pull, epsecially with the sports calendar. Honestly, it feels like we're putting in so much and getting so little in return, even with the 401k perks and what i hear about pay in Chicago.
