The pay at Coca-Cola Consolidated is below average for what we do. i've worked in Nashville for years, logging long hours managing routes and overseeing team performance but never seeing the financial return for that effort. Our expectatinos are unrealistic, and it feels like we're constantly pushed to do more for less in Greensboro. It's frustrating to hear the company claim they value their employees when the numbers don't reflect that. We need to start a conversation about adjusting compensation to match our hard work and dedication. It would make a big difference if management actually listened to our concerns about pay coming up short for the heavy load we carry.
