Curious thing: during peak season near the stockroom, our campus chat went sideways after missing a cycle due to leave, and now I'm stuck on performance. My calendar is full of 'alignment' blocks and somehow none of them answer basic questions. I’m also thinking about internal mobility but I don’t want to bail on my team.
