Pay is too low for the work required

During a shift last week in Mooresville, a customer needed help with a large appliance. i spent over an hour moving it around the store, only to find out it wouldn't fit in her vehicle. Afterward, my ASM mentioned that we should all be thankful we have jobs, while we're expected to do more in less time. It struck me how this work is often unrecognized, especially when the pay doesn't match the effort. I've been here three years, and the pay still feels stagnant
