Several engineers are taking roles at smaller aerospace suppliers for clearer scope, faster decisions, and better pay. I am not asking for a miracle, just some signal on smaller suppliers instead of everyone acting like clearer scope is self-explanatory. Has anyone found a way to get an actual answer without turning it into a whole escalation?
