An employee receives strong written praise about reliability and customer relationships but a raise that barely changes take-home pay. I am not trying to make a giant thing out of it, but the praise with tiny raise made the normal day feel backwards. The weird part is that everyone can name the store or route involved, but nobody can say who actually owns the next step.
