My review comments were honestly great. The editor notes said my packages needed fewer revisions, my manager mentioned the playoff feature that I basically rescued, and the peer feedback was better than last year. Then the rating bump was tiny because calibration “normalized outcomes.” I’m not sure what I’m supposed to improve if the written feedback already says the work improved.
