An analyst received strong comments on their review but a raise that does not keep pace with rent near the Puget Sound sites. I am not asking for a miracle, just some signal on raise number instead of everyone acting like Puget Sound rent is self-explanatory. Has anyone found a way to get an actual answer without turning it into a whole escalation?
