prep meetings for the meeting again — after a wealth management onboarding issue required two prep calls before the actual cross-team meeting. I keep getting told the prep call is normal here, but the actual mess is WM onboarding issue colliding with cross-team meeting. Has anyone seen a clean answer on meeting before meeting, or is everyone just guessing around it?
