I’m posting because a member service employee trained two newer hires while their own internal transfer was delayed again.. The part bugging me is the internal transfer piece, because everyone keeps acting like training two newer hires is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
